1. Hotel reserves the right to admission.
2. The above rate is subject to the room tariff of Rs 1000 and less with NIL or “0%” GST, room tariff of Rs 1001 to Rs 7500 with 12% GST and room tariff of Rs. 7501 and more with 18% GST,5% service charges. Taxes are applicable to change as per Government regulations without prior notice
3. Our Check – in/Check- time is 12:00 NOON.
4. Early Check - in and Late Check - out is subject to availability and charged as per hotel policy.
5. All non-guaranteed reservation will be released by 1800 hrs on the date of arrival. Should you wish to guarantee the reservation Kindly do the payment @ http://www.royalranchi.com/pay/pay2.php to secure the booking.
6. All telephonic reservation requests will be held on tentative basis and a written confirmation is required by the Hotel to confirm the reservation within the time given by the Reservation Department
7. Cancellation Policy: All guaranteed reservations are held until the day of arrival. Should you wish to cancel the booking, you will need to advise the hotel 48 hours prior to the standard time of check in at 14:00 hrs to avoid a late cancellation fee of 1 night's Accommodation.
8. All reservation confirmation should have the arrival details along with contact number, preferably the mobile number of the guest to minimize inconvenience to the guest on arrival.
9. For early morning arrivals, the room will be booked and charged from previous night or else the room willbe allocated as per the availability.
10. All guests have to settle their bills directly, before checking out, either by cash or card. The hotel does not honor personal cheques.
11. The credit facility is applicable only for the Companies who are in the approved list of the Hotel. For any bills to company the same should be mentioned in the reservation confirmation mail / fax / letter mentioning the details. Billing letter is required to send bills to your company.

22. No Show Policy: In case of non - arrival, fee of 1 night's accommodation amount as retention.
23. Airport transfers are arranged, if any, at additional cost, unless specified as above.
24. Advance purchase bookings will attract a full deposit which is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
25. Please note that an early departure fee is equivalent to 1 night's room charge which will be applicable in case. The guest check's out earlier than the scheduled date of departure.
26. Copy of PAN Card is mandatory for any cash payments exceeding INR 19999.
27. Accommodation and Buffet Breakfast is free for 02 children under 5 yrs sharing their parents or grandparents room on existing bedding. Extra bed can be organized at an additional charge.
28. Any modification to a reservation is subject to hotel's availability and any change in dates may result in rate change.
29. Please note that there will be penalty of INR 5,000 plus taxes in case guest is found smoking in a non smoking room.
30. In case of a missing key, INR 1500 will be charged directly to guest or to the Company.
31. Room tariff includes LCD TV. Cable connectivity, Tea/Coffee accessories, WIFI and other Amenities.
32. All disputes are subject to Ranchi jurisdiction.
